Sportplatz Mit Hecke: A Retrospective

The show brings together works across multiple series, including several being shown for the first time, and highlights the artist’s continued involvement in the reproduction or altering of existing works and objects. This includes two new sculptural works, which display both the versatility of media and humour inherent in Lindberg’s oeuvre.

This ‘greatest hits’ selection is meant not only to honour Lindberg’s growing influence among artists (a real “artist’s artist”) but also to underscore a core tenet of Lindberg’s work: the hobbyist as expert, the amateur as professional.
